The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, close to Lake Como, Milano, and a great restaurant. It was also very near a grocery store.

the hotel is clean, nestled in a really nice building with a gourmet restaurant. the staff in general is knowledgeable and very attentive. the rooms here are well-equipped with bathroom. the services are great, including a nice pool. the ambience of the venue is contemporary. overall outstanding food, plus there is the lord high admiral close by.

The restaurants are not exactly walking distance. Staff showed us a buffet place which was way too expencive for the food you got.

I chose Red'S Redaelli Hotel for its convenient location near Chiesa di Santa Margherita. The hotel's services and facilities, including internet access, pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast at Red'S Redaelli Hotel was delicious and the relaxing lounge bar with beautiful garden views added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress in the area, as it provides a guarantee for guests who work in the area. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of work.

One service that I missed for my work was a designated business center or workspace. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated area with computers and printing facilities to conveniently handle any work-related tasks.

I absolutely adored the hotel's elegant decoration and charm. The common areas were beautifully furnished with antiques and the floral arrangements were exquisite. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as wheelchair ramps and handrails in the corridors. It made getting around much easier for me.

I would have loved to see more organized activities for senior guests. It would have been nice to have a daily schedule of events, such as gentle exercises or guided tours.

- Flashing red light from the fire sensor. Which was constant thru out the night - no bottle of water in the room, free of charge, which to me should be a standard. - breakfast-good, very basic, missed warm meal tho

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a great location, just a few kilometers away from the beautiful Lake Como. It was also conveniently close to a grocery store, which made it easy for us to pick up any essentials we needed. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
